All Bombon sales are final. Under no circumstances is a refund given, in SOME
cases, a replacement cake, or store credit for a future purchase is
given/offered. Please make sure your cake is exactly what you order before
leaving the premises. Once the cake leave the premises we are not responsible
for any damage occurred during transporting or storing the cake. We use natural
ingredients, so refrigeration is needed. For cake deliveries, if for some reason
you are unsatisfied with your cake order, please contact the bakery via email
and phone immediately, this way, we can ensure that each of our costumers is
satisfied.
